Had a blast here with Irene! My friend and I decided to try Cryo here after finding a groupon.
We were a little nervous and didn't know what to expect but Irene was very accommodating
and assured us we would be fine. She actually even went above and beyond to make this a fun
experience for us! Clean robes and socks were provided for our use and there is a private room
to change. The whole body Cryo lasted 3 minutes and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!
It didn't hurt and the cold is bearable. Felt like new humans after! :). Thanks Irene!

I gifted my girlfriend a facial here, and did a full body treatment myself. The facilities are clean
and welcoming, the staff was super friendly, and the pricing was so much cheaper than a
massage. The actual experience was was quite novel, you basically stand in a shower-like
structure and nitrogen is pumped all around you. It gets quite cold as you can imagine, and I
spent half the session shivering uncontrollably before I finally got distracted enough to go with
the flow. The facial was quite an adventure too. You lie on your back while a vacuum cleaner
tube like device sprays nitrogen over your face. Try not to breathe too much of it in, it'll steal
your breath away. I initially thought it wouldn't be for me, but after my girlfriend liked it so
much I gave it a shot too. Remains to be seen whether it helps my skin or not. All in a a
delightful experience
Inessa is fabulous, so caring and provides excellent bedside manner. I will definitely be coming
to see her every time I come to the city!
